Miss AJ has been teaching for several years she came to us about two years ago she's been coaching and teaching she handles those very well she's able to balance them out kids are begging to get into her class she makes it seem like this is not all just work week do work and play we can learn and and the kids just love it I became a teacher to be the teacher that I never happened energy full of energy there's not one day I don't want to see a smile on her face and a little bit of a leg up I have for teenagers to myself being able to speak to this age group is what I do daily as a mom and then to bring it into the class I really didn't adjust I'm going to treat them like my own and I want my own to 60 and I went every single students to succeed the first word that comes to my mind as passion she's very passionate about The Possession she loves what she teaches the grade level I have right now they're going to be hard to be they are inattentive and I mean they're still kids but they're totally coachable they're fine and they're willing to learn and I'm willing to accept feedback talk to me like patient seems like that just like sitting in doing no tolls on she like this like a lot of labs image of active learning is she like like movements or it will remember it better that way her classroom look like the funnest I've never ever passed by incineroar life I am becoming more of like a l in myself when someone has no ha moment it make everything worth it all the planning all the trip to Walmart for this supplies all the frustrations all the paperwork and makes it definitely worth it she loves cross-country she loves the long-distance running I've even heard that while she's out there across country she's cheering him on running along I'm going to come on you can do it I am learning a time as far as how seriously we take athletic Pierce but I'm with the girls message time and they are ears they are disciplined and they are ready which is so exciting to see because you know that's a life skill that is teaching them how to beat stand up driven women and I really like that she'll really become a part of the community one of the things that she told me when I interviewed her was that she actually research school she just fell in love with Medina Valley do I move down a couple years ago from Illinois and I am so happy that I ended up here I complain every day and I Rejoice every day it's a really good place to be this age is just awesome teacher and that's why she's Medina Valley secondary teacher of the year
