Medina Valley ISD Superintendent Dr. Kenneth Rohrbach has shared with the Board of Trustees his plans to retire at the end of the current 2021-22 school year. Dr. Rohrbach has served as the MVISD Superintendent since January 2016, having previously served as high school principal for 10 years and Superintendent for 5 ½ years at Three Rivers ISD. He started his career as a junior high and high school math teacher in the small west Texas community of Dell City. At the end of this year, he will have a total of 31 years of service in public education. Dr. Rohrbach said, “I am incredibly proud to have had the privilege to serve as Superintendent of Medina Valley ISD. We are blessed with outstanding students and staff, and an incredibly supportive community. I am particularly thankful to all of the board members that I have worked with over the years and the leadership they have shown. The goals that they have established each year have led to amazing opportunities for our students.”
